Order late due to the buyer didn't respond

Hi, hope you all are doing good.

 

Recently I got an order and I didn't get proper requirements to deliver a complete project. So I left a message to the buyer and I didn't get any response yet from the buyer. Now the order is 5 days late now. What can I do, and anyone had an experience like this? I'm not sure he will accept any time extension even if I request for that. Will this affect to my gig performance?
