Minimalist logo gigs probably sell the most in total (or probably have sold the most).

There are about 75,736 logo gigs with the style set as Minimalist and about 70,7746 with Freestyle logo style.
The other logo styles have quite a lot less.

But that doesn't necessarily mean Minimalist is the best type of logo gig to create because of all the competing gigs.

It might be that another style of logo gig could earn more/get more orders for you.

Any type of logo design is demandable.. but according to my observation minimalist, versatile, mascot logo is now most popular.. Also you have to do research on logo design keywords for getting rank of your gig and getting more clients of logo design.
