Is it normal for buyers to want to use the inbox only?

I had a buyer say he wanted to keep the conversation on the order in the inbox and not in the order page.

I am a fairly new seller and just want to know if its fine or normal.

In my opinion that's not a problem at all! I never had a buyer explicitly request this, but some have indeed only messaged me through the inbox. In case any problems arise (but we'll assume there won't be any!) Fiverr has access to both conversations, so you'll be okay.

no that's not problem. so, you can keep the conversation in the inbox.
