Promoted Gigs option not works well

I have a facility to use Fiver promoted gigs for two of my gigs. Still I am using gifted amount by Fiverr. Its remaining 8.63 USD. But since two months that promoted gigs option didn't generate new impressions or new clicks (No orders). Will I need to add funds for this or is there a way to follow to get better result from this option? Hope your kind suggestions. Thanks
