If it is essential to completing the project adequately, then there are exceptions to the rule.

However, I would always recommend reaching out to support before doing so. That way, you can get approval, and if anything ever comes up that you've communicated outside of Fiverr, you can turn around and show them that support have given you prior permission, so you're covering your back.
