Gig image problems

There’s no appropriate category for my customer service request, so I picked one at random and got no response. They must have someone looking at the images to reject them. First, my image was 1 pixel too wide and I fixed it. Then that was rejected. I read that the image should not be blurry. One of mine is partially blurred (a natural looking photographic effect) and that has worked. The image in question is one where I blurred out parts of a screenshot of a website product review. I blurred the user name and the specific text. I don’t know if that is a problem.



If anyone has experienced this problem, please let me know if the solution was to just not purposely blur something; or whatever might help 8)
