Account banned but can still enter app?

When I try to log in on my computer is says my account was banned and they sent me an email. They did not. When try to log in on safari on my phone it says my password is no longer valid and they sent me an email. (They did not) My app works like normal with no problems. What is going on?

Your profile seems to be visible on the site for me. If you didn't receive any emails and aren't sure what is going on, maybe contact fiverr customer support with a ticket if possible. Or if you can't access that, then send an email to their support, explaining your situation
