Fiverr account is going down

I've been working on Fiverr for 2 years, Fiverr gives me an option to promote Gig and I turn it on, I get some orders from Promote but my account was going down so I turned off the Promote option but my account now it's going more down 
Click impressions are just decreasing, now what should I do please someone help me a little

I have re-launched the Promote option feature, I post on social media every day and try to send buyer requests every day.
Would you please tell me if there is any loss or gain for the account if you keep the promote option turned on or off?
