Yes, I think you'll get in trouble if Fiverr sees your gigs. According to the ToS, sellers aren't allowed to offer services that are "adult oriented or pornographic".

One of the images in your gallery is of a cartoon female sitting seductively and displaying her private parts. I'm pretty sure that'll be considered pornographic.
