"Promoted Gigs" feature says "Not Promotable (unqualified)

Okay, so here is the thing,

I have had the promoted gig feature Since 2021.

In June, it was taken for some unknown reason (and I know it happened to a lot of people and it happened because Fiverr changed their algorithm).

The status that shows in Promoted Gigs tab is:

"The gig cannot be promoted as it falls short of other Gigs quality in your service category"

And then they gave me back the feature again in Aguest... I was happy and making sales.

But they took it off again in September!! Still now same.
["The gig cannot be promoted as it falls short of other Gigs quality in your service category"]

After discussing with Customer Support, they gave me some BS answers that it is based on their algorithm, which I still don't know what algorithm they base this off of as I have perfect 5-star reviews and I complete all orders on time and reply on time...

Then they gave it back to me like 7 days ago and then took it off again!!

I just want to know what is the reason behind this? what causes it? has anyone figured it out? I know that there was a similar post here like 2-3 weeks ago where one person was complaining about the same thing...

The thing that pisses me off though is that when my gig is being promoted it has like 3-4k impressions/day and if the promoted gig feature is disabled, my gig just vanishes from the search engine (gets dumped on the last page I guess)

I have tried contacting customer support many times on this, but they just copy and paste the same answer!

Please Help me!!

There are often posts about promotion. I think you have to see promotion as an extra benefit that you can get sometimes and not a right. If every gig can be promoted then none of them will be. As such, I'd imagine the "additional quality metrics" that are included in the promotion requirements are probably quite strict.

Nobody knows what it means so this is an educated guess at best but I imagine it probably takes a lot of different things into consideration including performance, reviews and private reviews. Furthermore these are probably all taken as averages over the past 30/60/90 days for example, so are likely to change day to day. If everyone's gigs have their "additional quality metrics" scores change daily, you'd likely see gigs fluctuate and become promotable and unpromotable over time.

Because we don't know for sure what these additional metrics are, there isn't much point in trying to target anything in particular. Instead I would recommend just continue providing good services and working on the platform and if a gig is promotable then take advantage of that whilst it lasts.

I really dont know and since 2 months i am trying to understand their measuring quality metrics. My question is if my service quality gone down, gig will also be gone to 5  or 10 or 20 pages for the specific keywords, but why vanishes from all pages. I tried many times from different browser and users.

But what if my gigs materics are doing well and I have not received any negative feedback for the past 60 days.

Also, I'm not getting orders on one of my promoted gig.  Will it be the reason they stopped me from promoting?
