Ask for mutually cancel order.

One of my buyer ordered me to grow his Instagram account organically at 12/10/2021. I worked for him almost 12 days. It was 14 days job. He suddenly ask me that, he wants to cancel the order. I have already gain 350+ organic follower for him and also create a logo for the account. On that time if I ask Fiverr support to manually cancel the order and want to take composition, can I get back my composition on behalf of my hard work? And is the cancellation hamper my profile? I am too much worried with such kind of buyer.
