Question 1: I will move to my university residence next month, so there all students use university wifi and I don't know who is using Fiverr with the same ip. So, will it cause problem in my fiverr account if I use fiverr with that internet?

Question 2: I am about to buy a secondary laptop. So then I may use 2 PCs frequently. Will it create problem if I brows fiverr with one PC then close the browser and start using fiverr with another PC?
