How to withdraw your payment through payoneer/bank transfer?

I have been trying to withdraw my payment from fiverr through Bank transfer option. But it is showing an error as shown in the screenshot attached. Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

As for Payoneer,
The minimum amount you can withdraw is 30$.
 

As for Bank Transfer,
If you still have the problem after overcoming 30$ limit, you need to add bank details (Account must support duel currency if your local currency is not USD), to withdraw money I think the charge is 3$,

Hello bro, Today I got the same issue, have you fixed the issue to withdraw your balance? If yes then Please tell me the process to fix the issue.
