If your account has been temporarily restricted it means you have probably breached something in Fiverr's TOS. If this is the case, Fiverr will review the situation and your account will either be banned, or reinstated at some point. Nobody here on the forums can help you with this. You will have to wait. What was the reason for the restriction?

If you were not given a reason or you feel that the restriction is incorrect then you can email fiverr support.
