W-9 Bug

I encountered the W-9 bug when I tried to submit a Translator gig on Fiverr. It was very frustrating when the result of pressing, "Save & Continue" returned like a carousel to things I had already done. Come to find out that this happens when the W-9 isn't approved immediately. Instead of sending an email that doesn't quite clearly state that the gigging process is being held up by the W-9 there should be something like a pop-up that says gigs may not be approved immediately due to the W-9. This should be relatively easy to program and there is a lot of freelance talent out there. May I suggest Fiverr?
