Hello, a client cancelled an order and still using my work, fiverr is not helping

Hello,

Yesterday after completing a project of pinterest plan, a client cancelled, because they don't read the gig that was very clear that was a 7 days job. I gave ALL THE PLAN, schedule, changed the pinterest page, keywords, so yes, they got an entire pinterest plan for free. The point is that after the cancelation they still using my work in the pinterest page, I asked for Fiverr help and Fiverr flagged saying that I didn't complete the order (the account asked them). What can I do? they are using my art, didn't payed me, I didn't violate anything because the gig was indicating that was a 7 days work and now I am flagged on fiverr. Fiverr is also not answering me.

Report them to Pinterest with ALL documentation of the content theft.
