Well you have to do lot of seo to get your first order and rank your gig in first pages.

Do good keyword research and be active because i know iam also a buyer here

whenever any seller respond me quickly and actively talk to me and request me with promise to do my job well i trust that seller and give order.

Moreover sending custom order also help a lot to get your first order

talk to the buyer with a friendly and helpful attitude you will surely get an order.

Buyer request is very important send custom offer and be in a conversation with buyers.

As far as I knew that, Staying online much more time will help you to get orders.

On the other hand, you need to send buyer requests with low prices.

Before sending buyer requests you must bear in mind that, put your price under buyer's budget.

Don't make your price equal or over. And explain your services with easy words.

You have raised a good point.

We must bear in mind that "A real buyer doesn't make a post like he/she needs 1K subs for five bills".

Though a serious buyer makes a post like that, then you can mention your real price in your request.

Actually, staying online much more time helps you to rank up your GIG's.

Just evaluate your competitors Gigs and see what they have in common! Especially, what they are missing! Let's say there is an important word which are trending in Graphics design industry. And, there are a few seller who highlighting this in their title. Use this word on your title.

For keywords, keep changing it until you find the best set of keywords that works for you.

Most importantly, image should be good as well as the description. It will make you stand out from the rest of the crowd.
