See the "Text" section that says "Don't use too much text on your image". So I'd look at how the gig image shows on your profile and see whether buyers can quickly see what the gig is about and whether they'd likely click on it. I'd also probably reduce the amount of text on it like that help page shows (maybe they've found that main gig images with less text get clicked on more). Maybe compare it to other gigs in the same category that are in the top few pages.  eg. are the colours used optimal? What about font size?

In your profile and the skills section maybe change "shoppify".
