i am new on fiverr. last month i had semister exam. i forgot to swith on get unavailable option. now my response time become worse. how can i get rid of this situation. i need help of everyone.please.

The only way to improve your inbox response time is to get a message and respond to it as fast as you can! If you don't get any messages (but hopefully you will!) after 60 days your statistics will be reset again.

Send offers to buyer requests that you can do well. That should increase the chance of buyers contacting you (including because it says to contact you first in your gig) as well as increase the chance of orders. You could also ask them to contact you before ordering in the offer, or maybe create a gig where you can give a sample before they order and you could let them know in the offer that they can contact you for a sample. So if/when they contact you respond as fast as possible.
