How long does it take to review a account which temporarily banned due to Conducting Business Outside of Fiverr

My account has gotten temporarily banned due to Conducting Business outside of fiverr.

A client message me that he want to work with me on fiverr and I say whatever suit you best.
Based on this fiverr banned my account , even though no work was done.

I believe that I'll get my account back 

I just want to know what is average response time from Fiverr Review Team???
