That's technically part of your job. To figure that out. Still:

Create a requirement that they provide you with more information. Or acquire the product yourself, so you can experience it (in which case the cost should be a part of the service, or they need to send it to you).

You could also reject the order.

Don't take on work that you cannot fulfill.

Hi. Like  @imagination7413 suggested, you should request more information from your client or try out the product.

I suggest you to do research online about the product and you can also search for similar products as a way to start writing. If you have concept text you can also ask the client for feedback.

But if it really does not work out than don's be afraid to just decline it.
