Hello everyone so there was an inquiry i wanted to make about the reviews. Like if a buyer can change his review or not. Because of this forum my answer is clear therefore i want to cancel my support request. can anyone please guide me how to do so

I don't think there's an option to delete it but there's probably a drop down option where the message is to mark it as "solved" or to close it.

You could just write in the ticket that it's solved now and if there's no drop down option to mark it as solved/closed the CS person will mark it as solved when they see that message.

As mentioned by @uk1000, you can just update the ticket to say that you were able to solve it and once a Customer Support rep handles your ticket, they will respond accordingly and mark the ticket as closed.
