Promoted gig feature is not working for me

Hi,

Fiverr Promoted Gigs feature is not working for me for the last few months. it’s showing gig promotion option in my seller dashboard I start promoting my gigs and choose recommended bid but from the last few months 0 impressions, 0 clicks, and zero-order. I don’t know what is the problem. I have got back to level 2 seller but still, nothing is happening.
