Thread Vote Options

Just noticed these vote up & down 'thingies' down the left side of a thread - although they only seem to be be available on a few topics? Does anyone know why they're not on every thread?

The feature is only present on threads posted in the "Fiverr Questions" subsection of the forum.

Topics that are posted only on the Fiverr Questions category have the "upvote/downvote option". Currently, only the Fiverr Questions category has this feature.

I think it's strange to have 4 love reacts on a post while it got -3 vote.
