Watermark

I have accepted the order, and the order status is complete. When I download the final delivery, it still has the watermark. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. How do we get this issue fixed? It's inconvenient that I have to reach out again to the seller on messages just to ask them to resend it because the watermark is still there.
