Watermark

I have accepted the order, and the order status is complete. When I download the final delivery, it still has the watermark. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. How do we get this issue fixed? It's inconvenient that I have to reach out again to the seller on messages just to ask them to resend it because the watermark is still there.

When you are downloading the file, how are you downloading it? If it is an image make sure you are downloading the file itself and not just the preview delivery image.
