Buy Canceled the order

The buyer had ordered my gig, and i had delivered her what  she had asked for.  After 3 days she requested me to cancel the order but i refused because i had provided her what she was looking for, and than after 1 hour Fiverr support cancelled the order.  My order completion rate didn't affect but my gig got down to the last page and i am not seeing buyer request. What could be the reason? Could be the order cancellation?

You did any mistake that's why fiverr CS cancelled your order. also i think when buyer sent cancel  request if you cancel this order it can be better option for you. maybe buyer complain against you & request for cancel this order. that's why you lost your gig rank. now you can complete few more orders for get back your gig rank.
