aashirsulehriya
I have seen some top rated buyers who have changed their gig title and they are still ranking on the first page and getting orders. Their gig title is absolutely different than their URL. Some people have told me to not to change the gig title as it would derank my gig. If this is the case than why people on the first page didn't get affected.

Especially, 'some people' who offer advice on the forum yet don't have any relevant experience or knowledge to be offering advice. Do the research yourself and see what the facts actually are. Changing your Gig title may impact your Gig, weather that be positively or negatively. Regardless, it's never going to be the be all, and end all of how your Gig performs. Again, as I've said many times before, 'ranking' is also a fluid concept on Fiverr and there is no such thing as a 'first page'. Fiverr displays different Gigs to different buyers when they search for a Gig and that Gig's metadata is a match for their search. A number of factors including the buyers account history, location, average spend, plus much more is factored in. So one persons 'first page' would be completely different to what is displayed to another. If you want to change your Gigs title as you think another one would be more effective, just do it. I've changed my Gig titles and seen zero negative impact to how they perform.

callyofficial
Some of my gig titles are different to my URL's, because when I first joined Fiverr I was inexperienced and unsure what to offer or how best to describe what I was offering. Over time I've constantly refined all my gigs, and have needed to change the gig title in order to improve my gig's success. If I could've changed the URL to match I would've, but as this isn't an option I haven't given it a second thought. Very few people will look at the URL, but everyone will look at your gig title, so I'd rather focus on what I can change, than worry about what I can't change. Did you find problem after changing the gig title? I mean in ranking?

If I'm honest I've never worried too much about ranking. To me it's just pointless as you'll be ranked where Fiverr thinks you should be ranked regardless of how you feel about it. And if you don't see yourself ranked where you want, it just leads to frustration. I'd prefer to stay positive, and constantly review and improve my gigs based on my experience with buyers, and that's always worked for me. This mindset and approach will get you much, much further than anything else. 🙂
