Why I can't find some Fiverr Account, when I search them with their Username?

Sometimes I know someone's Fiverr Username. But when I search there name with edit the url, like fiverr.com/any_name  . But when the username is right, but no Account is showing. Why?

Because if that’s a buyer account it will not show in search. It is made on purpose so sellers don’t spam buyers with unwelcome messages.

But when It's a seller account? Because I found some seller account these are not showing when search with url. In one cases, I will show the account one day with searching with url, but after  somedays I can't find the account when I search it again.

It means that that seller was banned and his account removed
