Seller Account Issue

We have no control over there your gig shows up in the search results. Every searcher will see different results, and will see your gig in a different place. What you see, is not what other people see. My advice: don't worry about it. Work on being a great seller, and don't worry about where you see your gig in the search results. It doesn't matter what you see, because you are not a buyer of your services.

If you have any problems, talk to the Fiverr Support team, they are very active. They will solve all your problems.

Are your impressions zero? First check here to verify that the gig is active: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig?level1=not_searchable

If your gig is 'active' then how many days has it been zero? If it's only one day, give it 24 hours. Sometimes systems are slow to update. If it's been zero more than 72 hours, and is listed as active, only then contact Fiverr customer Support.

If impressions are *not* zero, then it doesn't matter if you cannot find your own gig. Other people can, or you would not be getting impressions.

Hi there.

I've been trying to set up my seller's profile, but Fiverr seems to have problems on the overview page...specifically the gig title part. It keeps saying "Just perfect!" yet when I try to save and continue, I'm redirected back to the top of the page and given the message "Title can contain numbers and letters only". I'm really confused...it seems to be an ongoing problem.

You should send a message to Fiverr support team and explain them your problem. They must solve it. Whenever you face any problem, just directly contact with the fiverr team they will definitely help you with any kind of issue.
