Order cancelled

I received an order from a client who wanted me to write a letter for him. 

He after an hour requested for cancellation because 'he changed his mind'. His change of mind reduced my order completion rate to 83 percent which is alarming and I know it will affect my account badly.  

 

I wrote to customer support as well, I wanted to know if customer support can be of any help restoring back my order completion rate?

We can't tell you for sure what CS will do. Hopefully they can help you with your issue but there is no guarantee. Next time if a buyer "changes their mind", do not accept the cancellation request but instead contact fiverr CS straight away and ask them to help resolve the issue. They may be able to cancel the order without impacting stats.
