Client Who Refuses to Cancel

I make PowerPoint presentations for so many clients and businesses, but every now and then I get a difficult one.  That's usually due to bad communication.

One of my requirements is that I need as much information (INTEL) as possible, so I can know what to place in the presentation and the slides.  This client that I have is not forthcoming with info; it's almost as if she wants me to do it ALL for her, including research on her topic (which I didn't know when she placed the order).  There was a lot of back and forth for information, and she's still not being very clear.  This was a rush order (less than 24 hour turnaround) and I delivered on time; in fact EARLY.  But she wasn't satisfied with that.  Also, I only offer two revisions for free, and she keeps asking for multiple revisions.

The order was $5, plus and extra $5 for the rush job.  I finally decided to cancel the order and give a refund, but she declined to cancel.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Should I try to cancel again?  Do I need to go to customer service to get this done?  I know this will affect my awesome stats, but some clients just aren't worth it.  Any advice?  Thank you!

You deserve to get paid for what you've done but it seems like the buyer will never end up marking that complete. You can either ask for more to get compensated for the extra work, but I would rather go to the cancellation route... For the price and the buyer's demands, it isn't worth it. You will have to escalate it to Customer Support.
