after the submission of a draft, for further instructions?

I'm not sure if I understand you here, do you mean when you deliver the work?

What situation will be regarded as spamming?

Spamming is when you post irrelevant data over and over again. I don't think you would "spam" a client, just message normally and respond accordingly with regards to their order.

Do you have an active order? None of your gigs say that there are any orders in queue. So it sounds like a buyer has asked you to do some samples or a draft for free and you have sent that and then they will ignore you. Its a scam, and to avoid it you need to only work through the order system. If buyers ask for samples or draft then you should send a custom offer for a small amount and do it through the order system.

If you do have an active order and the buyer is not responding then you can send 1 maybe 2 follow up messages after a day or two. If they haven't responded by then you can contact customer support. If you harass the user about responding to you or send lots of messages then that's spamming.

I am communicating via "Messages" and not in any order.

I have submitted a draft and i am not listening from him (a regular client). About 24 hours have passed.

I got that i shall remind in 2-3 days.

What If i couldn't remind him for some days, say a week, would that be considered as misconduct from my side?

So this is a regular client you are working with. I see. Is this a common practice for both of you that you make a draft before they place an order? How soon do they usually reply? I think it would be fine if you make a follow up 24-48 hours after, you will also be able to see when they were last online.

Its not a misconduct if you don't remind them. You've already done your part of making a draft, not making a reminder is not necessarily a bad thing.

Like I said above, the buyer has probably just taken advantage of you for some free work. Never complete work without an order. Don't complete drafts or samples for free through messages. You are just asking to be scammed. if its only been 24 hours perhaps you could wait and send a single follow up message tomorrow.
