We need a bit more context in order to properly advise you.

However, I'm assuming that you're a buyer and the seller that you have an active order with has placed themselves in vacation mode and you're unable to message the seller due to this? If so, just reach out to customer support and explain the situation to them via the resolution centre. Especially if their delivery is late and they've not bothered to inform you or request a time extension.

The buyer might have hired someone else, they may just be busy as their profile states. Either way, it's not the end of the world that your buyer request has gone unanswered for 14 hours. Perhaps focus your time on something more productive.
