Actually, no, that's not quite true. You will only be promoted/demoted on the 14/15th of every month. If your "three other jobs" are fully completed (i.e., fully finished, delivered, and marked as complete) within the next four days, you might be promoted to Level 2. Otherwise, you will have to wait another 30 days until November 14/15th.
