Bank Transfer Option is not Active

Yesterday I had applied for Bank Transfer option for first time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Payoneer account, so my application was rejected. 
Now I want to apply for Bank Transfer again using another Payoneer account, but the option isn't active. 
What should I do?
