Suddenly, How it went from 4.9 rating to 4.8 without any buyer rating

I want advice from the experts, I saw my rating was 4.9 while sleeping last night, I woke up this morning and saw my rating is 4.8, how is this possible? Where no new buyer rating and no work canceled

It's likely that an older order cycled out of the 60 day window. (Or it's just a bug.)
