I am also opened new gigs though my account is 1 year old. I can't find any order first 2 weeks. But I always send Buyer Request everyday. And I recently completed my 3rd order from Buyer Request. So, Don't give up, just keep trying to marketing your gig and send Buyer Request everyday.

just research properly to your market category . youtube, google have lots of tips and trick.
