Are you absolutely certain there was no miscommuncation/misunderstanding (from either you or the buyer?) If yes, I'd contact CS to see if they agree - might be a nasty buyer (but sometimes... it's us who doesn't get the memo. )

I'm so sorry this happened to you, please read my tips to avoid similar situations in the future. Also note that there isn't much customer support can do; they can't accept the order on behalf of the buyer. Learn from this mistake and take better measurements in the future.

I understand your mind but I think, before placing the order or start the order work it should be clear and confirm through proper communication that what exactly your buyer wants and what will you provide.

Even then your buyer refuse it, you can show your previous mutual communication to your buyer. Otherwise, contact Fiverr Customer Support with order details and delivery.
