Comments on files are not showing!

Recently I can't see the comments that my clients made on the uploaded files on Fiverr. It started 2 weeks ago. Once I tried to use a different browser and it worked. But now it's not working in any browser. If I click on the comments link nothing happens. And the page is not clickable anymore until I reload the page.

Can anyone help me to solve the problem?
