I own a business and spent a good deal of money this year on data entry services on Fiverr. I need to be able to deduct what I spent on my taxes, but what's the correct way to do that? I believe I would claim it as 'contract labor' but can I technically do that since I didn't issue the person a 1099? Do I just deduct it as 'contract labor' regardless of the 1099? I appreciate your help in advance!
