forgot security question

hi everyone, can anyone help me with the problem i'm having? I can't withdraw funds because they asked for verification from my old number I threw it away about 4 years ago, and I changed the number in my Payoneer account to a new one, but when I wanted to change my number on Fiverr I forgot the answer to the security question , and I have reported this problem to customer support but so far no solution has been provided,, now I'm confused!! Fiverr should be able to track or change the security question. please help me to all good fiverr users

I think I've read in the forum before that Customer Support can assist you in another method in verifying your account (or something like that)... Perhaps ask them if that is possible.

I'm confused. How do you forget what your own childhood nickname was? Especially when you set it up as your security question?

I'm still confused. Have you not withdrawn any Fiverr funds within the past four years?

That would defeat the entire purpose of a security question. I recommend what theratypist suggested. Ask Customer Support for help, and they might be able to give you another way to confirm your account.

pls so sorry I also have the same problem right now and have contacted Fiverr support they are not doing anything about it, pls I need help
