Sigh. Stop it man. We've had this discussion many times on the forum that 'all time online' is not at all effective. If you spent any time at all reading though the actual useful content on here, you would know that instead of sitting in front of your computer wondering why you aren't getting orders.
Being online has no relevance on how your Gig ranks, none at all. The only time this will matter if if a buyer toggles the 'show online seller' switch, which in 95% of cases, they don't. Buyers want to use a service that is right for them, not just use a seller because they're online.

Now, I'm not saying don't be responsive and answer your messages in a timely manner. That's a whole different story.

Sure, if you want to be stuck doing unpleasant $5-$10 jobs every day! Buyer requests are not the key to success on Fiverr, the whole idea of this platform is buyers coming to you. Set yourself up for success and spend the time you spend on buyer requests on improving your Gig and getting the basics right. If you're relying on buyer requests for work, you're doing it wrong.

This will not directly affect how many sales you get. This will only have any effect if you take on board the useful information provided on here and learn to ignore the myths and bad advice, such as this post.

Spamming your Gig on Social Media is never going to be effective. Who is going to see your posts? Your friends and family who have no interest in buying your Gig? Other desperate looking sellers in Facebook groups also spamming their Gigs? Social Media Marketing is only effective if you do it properly. You need to invest time and money into it. Create dedicated business pages, pay a professional to design you a logo, keep your branding consistent, create engaging content that people will like and share in order to reach a wider audience, engage with other professionals in your niche and network, make use of paid advertisements to target the specific demographics that is your target market, plus many other factors.

YouTube can be a great source of content for useful advice, but it also full of 'hustle' style videos with people sharing bad advice, incorrect information, and treating Fiverr like a get rich quick scheme that anyone can sign up to and make some quick money. It's not.

Honestly, I promise you. There is no big secret to getting orders and making your gig rank.

You need to get the basics right. That's it!

Offer an excellent service time and time again, under promise and over deliver. Ensure your communication and English is spot on, your customer service should be professional and inviting. Making your price point in line with the quality of what you offer, your experience and expertise. Show a fantastic portfolio of your previous work and be credible. So many people on here claim to be 'professionals' yet show no evidence of that. Create a need for your service and explain to your buyers how they will benefit from buying it. Value yourself, and make your clients value you.

If you get the basics right, you will get orders. If you keep getting orders, and keep getting positive feedback and meet Fiverr's standards, you will keep getting more orders as the platform will push you out to more and more people. That's it. Your Gig will do all of the work for you.
