I'm a digital marketer & new seller of fiverr. I don't understand, a buyer email will be required for access to facebook business manager account or google ads account. How to get it from buyer, if sharing  email in fiverr messaging is strictly prohibited in fiverr terms and condition. Please ask for help from experienced seller.

If email address is really required for the order you can put it in the requirements section of the gig  - also on the order page if the quote below is correct - but if it's for every order just put it in the gig requirements. Don't ask for contact details in the inbox and don't contact them off-site. You could contact CS if you wanted to be sure.

The TOS says:

What does it mean? Please explain. If anyone stays online 24 hours will he get order? 

Both of you are spreading wrong information. 

Being active on Fiverr/Fiverr forum will not ensure you order.
