Usually setting up the time of the meeting means I have to ask what his time-zone is, and what times does he prefer. And also give him my preferred time.



Would be helpful to let the client choose an hour slot from my available times.

Could always provide the client an editable PDF(or excel file) with slots that have already been filled when they order the gig(and specify your time-zone, of course.)



This way you can easily show him the currently available time-slots and in the same document, your particular time-zone and to make sure he picks a time-zone reflecting his time-zone as well.
