If the gig image is the same then fiverr will accept it

What would be the problem if I created gig images like other sellers?

The Gig must have at least one image uploaded to be published. The image should be owned by you. Do not use copyrighted images or images downloaded from the internet or your Gig won't be approved.

Well , it'll be clearly accepted as a copyrighted thing. Do not copy ,be the your version of yourself. Copy things in life will never take you to that exact position which you desire for to be at ! So always do something creative and unique .
