Did you ever get a bad review? If yes, why?

Just want to know some reason and experience of random peoples so it will give some idea to others and can help to take alert and do better in future.

Yes. Actually Some buyer is very bad and good. but it is depend on your services.

If you get a bad review, take a deep breath and walk away for an hour or two to calm down.

Afterwards, take the time to reply to it with professiinal, coherent, factual statement. Stay way from pointing your fingers such as, "this buyer's rude," etc.

That makes you look bad.

When I see a bad review, I always check the explanation from the seller. I know some buyers are jerks and/or scammers. If you have a great profile, gig and a good (can't stress this enough) professional response, I still buy.

Easier said than done, but try to shake it off and be the better person. 🙂
