Restriction - means the account is partially disabled. The customer, either buyer or seller, can access the account, withdraw funds, complete ongoing orders, and review their order history. They cannot place or receive new orders, nor can they communicate with other customers through inbox messages.  Seller's Gigs will not show on the marketplace, and buyers will not be able to place new orders.

Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer will need to wait for the trial period which can take upwards of 90 days to be completed to know if their account will be restored or permanently disabled.

Note: Customer Support cannot influence the result of this review, nor can they update the user on the review's end date.

The above is from the Help Centre.

You will just have to wait for the outcome.

Nobody on the forum has the answer.

It can take few hours, or few days. If nothing wring happened, you will be able to use your account again

Maybe a few hours or a few days, however when I've been restricted in the past through no fault of my own, this took well over a month before I had any kind of update!

Of course, support and/or the Trust & Safety Team is super busy and I appreciate that.

However, leaving sellers in a position where they can't do anything at all before they've even reached a verdict on if the ToS have been violated is kind of nuts. Best case scenario, you've done nothing at all wrong, sorry you've had a loss of $1,000's in income for over a month and also lost out on repeat clients but here is your account back. :classic_huh:
Thanks Fiverr!

I mistakenly violated the terms of service twice. I fundamentally misunderstood one of the TOS and now my account is suspended.

I sent them an apology explaining that I know what I did wrong and why it was wrong, and asking for a second chance. Is there any possibility they will grant it?
