About buyer requests.

Hello experts,

I used to get a lot of buyer requests few days back but now a days I find a very little amount of buyer requests round the day. I am a new seller on FIVERR. I already have completed two orders with 5 stars and I have 4 gigs on graphic design. Could you please help me solving this issue?

Be personal, and address the needs of the buyer. It's as simple as that.

No. Because YOU need to write your own custom responses, that directly address the needs of the buyer. This isn't rocket science. The buyer is asking for someone to help them; you can respond and show them how you are the best person to fill their needs. Again, it's as simple as that.

1. Read it carefully and understand it clearly. See if it match your skill and you can do that.

2. Explains things you will do or alternative solution you have for their problem. Ask questions if required.

3. Always address their requirements, just do not copy and paste generic response saying- yes I can do it, I will do it etc.

When I compose a buyer request and click the send button, sometimes there comes a pop-up window and there's written, " You can't send the request and please contact CS". Now could anybody answer me the reason why it happens? Thanks in advance.

If you are a Buyer, you will need to follow the prompt and open a ticket with Fiverr Customer Support.

If you are a Seller, and you mean that you are making an offer to a request placed by a Buyer, then it's either a common bug/glitch, or the buyer has possibly closed the request.
