Does anyone have any specifically concise tips for a beginner seller without a niche?

I now that’s what you want to hear but there is not “specific” or precise tips or actions that will work exactly for you.
Same advice can work for one seller and don’t work for another even if they provide the same service.
and on top

of that you didn’t even decide yet on your niche 😉

you just need to try and test things step by step to see what works for you, understand your market, your service, your target audience, what they like etc

Specific and concise?

Well, a lot of the specifics are dependent on the type of service you are providing. Specific advice for a proofreading service wouldn't be the best to apply to, say, a video dancing service.

As for concise, that is fairly easy, but not very specific. 😅 To be brief, here are some of the biggest and most common issues with the gigs and profiles of new sellers:

1. Listing being an 'expert' in something you really aren't an expert in.

2. Terrible grammar and spelling.

3. Promising too much for a tiny amount of money.

4. Offering unlimited revisions.

5. Using pictures, material, or content that you did not create or have the rights to.

6. Being too broad or vague in the types of services you offer.

7. Not properly setting up your Order Requirements page.

8. Not clearly defining what is included in an order.

I'll stop right there or I run the risk of no longer being 'concise.'  🤓
