If your work is kind of you always need buyer contact information's like email, phone, etc. then make sure to list it in your gig requirements, also you can mention it in your gig description. 

Still, if buyer miss it or if you need it only for individual orders then you can ask it on the order page. Please keep in mind, order page is completely safe in this matter if you need it for work purpose but asking for it on inbox message is not recommended.

If you need email for work, you can share it, but only on the order page. Many types of work include working with email, and this is ok, but you should share it AFTER the order was started

Seller should use the communication system of fiverr, nothing else. If questions raised of using email, it will be the cause of violation of Fiverr terms and condition.
